These prices provide an estimate of cost. After a complementary consultation at the property, an individualised quote will be created based on the needs, size, outdoor extras, and access to the property. The prices include delivery, installation, labour and staging for a 6-week hire period. Extension periods are permitted if needed.

After receiving your personalised quote, you must pay a deposit to secure the items for your property and begin planning. A 50% payment is required before the installation date. Full payment is due within 7 days after installation.

DYRE Maintenance

We provide professional services to prepare your space for any occasion. DYRE maintenance can assist you in getting stage ready.

Stage Clean (surface sparkle): $50-$80 per hour

Includes dusting, mopping, vacuuming, window shining, and a styled finish.

Sale Clean (intense scrub): $500-$800 (quote estimated based on job size)

Comprehensive cleaning of kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and bedroom, plus all surfaces, finished with style.

Property Maintenance Services
